What are the six sins which lead you to failure!

Generally, there are six points considered as the most harm in the customer service especially in marketing, so to prevent those six points and guarantee your scheme and the full success in your marketing journey for the long and short term we will clarify those points

The first point is not to use the force and pressure attitude on your customer, using of these is almost caused hateful from the customer even if you have a good thing to sell or touched his needs, he will take a negative impression because of your attitude.



Second, don’t attack the others in front of your customer, here I mean don’t criticize others  which are not related to the subject you are going for,  if you want to sell your product it will cause a weak conversation between both sides, and will create anger feelings inside him, even it can cause more than your thoughts and in future, it can damage any attempts to come over any problem it could have happened

Third, don’t shot the bullets while negotiations, be patient, and listen well to all points your customer wants to show and share your’s sympathize with him, so you have to put your gun down and at end of the journey you have to find a win-win situation.

Fourth, prevent to be in a challenge with your customer while conversation, one of the most unsuccessful work relation is The negotiator thinks they are in a race or a football game and they have to win the match which pushes the two sides to use pressure methods and Keeping the scientific methods away like creativity and eligibility

Fifth, “take it or leave it” this sentence doesn’t work anymore and I don’t know why these methods are common, but flexibility is the most useful way between you and your customers, your customer needs to feel he is the leader and who decided the deal, give him this space and you will win as well.

Sixth, either or !! don’t use this words it will take to hang out the whole process, your customer will not give you an opportunity or listen to you once he feels you are about to a threat him, on the contrary, you have to give your customers the opportunity to decide by themself what they want,  that could lead to another deal for another product!
